Collaborative
Therapy is a working relationship. Claire brings clinical experience while honoring each client's story, goals, and timing.
About Claire
Claire McKeon, LMFT, owns Elevate Counseling Services and provides online individual therapy for adults across Utah. Her style is warm, honest, collaborative, and attentive to the parts of life that therapy has to reach.
Claire supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship strain, infertility, self-worth, and seasons of change. Her work is shaped by the client in front of her, not a script for how therapy should go.
Clients can expect a steady pace, careful questions, and practical attention to the places where insight needs to become action: boundaries, communication, coping, emotional regulation, grief, repair, and decisions that feel hard to make alone.
How Claire works
Approaches are chosen because they fit the person, the goals, and the pace of care.
Therapy is a working relationship. Claire brings clinical experience while honoring each client's story, goals, and timing.
The work pays attention to safety, nervous system responses, trust, choice, and the impact of painful experiences.
Sessions make space for emotion while staying connected to communication, boundaries, coping skills, and next steps.
Care may include EMDR, CBT, EFT, attachment-based therapy, trauma-focused care, and Gottman-informed support when appropriate.

A note from Claire
I believe each person deserves space to be themselves, feel respected, and make meaningful decisions about their life. In therapy, I work with clients as a team, bringing clinical experience while honoring each client's story, goals, and pace.
Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my family, working in my garden, going for a run, and getting lost in a vintage shop.
Next step
If Claire's approach feels like a possible fit, a brief secure inquiry is enough to ask about current openings and practical next steps.
