What this notice covers

This notice applies to visits to counselingelevated.com. It does not replace the privacy notices, consent forms, or policies that apply after you become a client or use the secure SimplePractice portal.

Information you choose to share

The website does not collect therapy intake information directly. New-client inquiry buttons open a secure form hosted by SimplePractice. Information you submit there is handled within that service and may be viewed by authorized members of the practice.

You may also choose to call or email the office. Please do not include detailed personal or clinical information in ordinary email. If you are an existing client, use the secure client portal for clinical communication.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is off by default and loads only after you select Allow analytics. If allowed, it may receive information such as pages viewed, referring page, general device and browser details, approximate location, and clicks on phone, email, or secure-inquiry links.

• Inquiry-form answers and message contents are not sent through the website's analytics events.
• Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in this site's analytics configuration.
• Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. If you clear browser data or use another browser, you may be asked again.

Hosting and routine technical records

The site host and internet service providers may process routine technical records needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser details, and security logs. The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive routine request data needed to deliver those files. Elevate does not use this public website to request or store clinical records.

Other websites and services

This site links to SimplePractice, insurers, resource organizations, social platforms, and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices and terms apply when you use those services.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics when the privacy prompt appears or reopen your choice using the button above or the “Analytics choices” link in the footer. You can also use browser privacy controls to clear stored preferences and cookies.
